Maintenance Program:
TEP (Total Equipment Protection) is
available for Sprint Nextel phones. This will pay for the repair
or replacement of your phone. This is a must for most of the
higher priced media phones with all those bells and whistles.

Moisture / Water
Damage:
Cold weather will obviously make you cold,
but it will also make your phone cold. Depending on the
temperature of your phone when you go from the bitter cold to
the warmth of the car, it may develop condensation on the
inside, even though you never got it wet. All phones serviced are inspected closely
for water or moisture damage. This is a common ailment for most
phones, since they are in and out of all kinds of weather.
To help minimize this type of damage, keep your phone covered
and next to you body, preferably under you coat while you're out
in the cold. |

Whenever you buy something,
the last thing you want to think about is
having it repaired. Let's face it,
everything breaks at one point or another.
We offer service and repair for every major
item we sell. That includes Kenwood radios,
BK Radios, ShoMe products, and Sprint/Nextel
phones. At Coates Communications we are
serious about your repair and offer the best
value for your hard earned money. Every
repair item is evaluated before the repair
to determine your best course of action.
Once determined, we will either repair the
unit or give you a call to discuss option.
We don't like our customers to spend more
than they have to, and work hard to make
sure when it's fixed...It's fixed.

NC.
They are open during most of our
retail store hours. Sprint/Nextel
phones are typically done in about
an hour, with either repair or
exchange as applicable.

NEW BLUE TOOTH DEVICES!
Check with us about the exciting new Blue Tooth
device that works the PTT function on your
Sprint/Nextel phone. This new device allow you to go
"Under Cover" and still use your PTT function
without bowing your cover. It also allow you to PTT
while driving and not having to touch your phone.
COLD WEATHER
Cold weather is upon us once again
and it's time to protect your batteries. Remember:
Never charge you battery when it's cold. Allow it
time to warm up to room temperature before putting
it on the charger. Failure to do so will result in
short battery life and sometimes immediate failure. |
